I'm curious too - I'm hoping that moving to the larger frame will give me more room for tweaking and finding a fit - Matilda is a small/medium, as so many step-throughs are, and I had to go to a taller seatpost, which threw me forward on the handlebars a bit.

My new seat puts me further forward, which is helping with this, but it's still a series of compromises...
