It is possible I have a fever

I have a sore throat and have asked to be brought jello.

I find myself pondering making fruit jello with black tea instead of water. Or with herbal tea.

It feels as if it would taste good, and more grownuppish.

I'll let you all know.

Rats, I just realized I still haven't gotten any Red Rose.

I'm leery of sugar in my black tea; if I did something other than herbal, I'd have to do unflavored gelatine + fruit juice. Which might not be a bad idea, should I be bored this vacation. (Ha.)

Nigella Lawson goes a ton on jellies with fruit--she has a recipe with raspberries in a wine jelly, and another one with whitecurrants in a gin jelly--hmmm, classy jello shots. But I suppose it doesn't have to be alcoholic.
