Even by my British standard of barbecue possibilities (and the first barbecues of spring have indeed broken out in our general vicinity, and caulkhead, pelham123 and me did once end up barbecuing in mid-Wales when we'd just seen mad March hares dancing - we barbecued, I hasten to add, beef steaks from welsh cattle which had led short but stress-free lives, not anything lapine) that looks on the chilly side.
