So my hot young American trophy wife turns 37 today.

She's even hotter and totally a trophy after nearly 15 years, and always will be, however much time, chance, and friction do to the "young" and "American" parts.

How wonderful! May the two of you be at least as happy together for at least as long as my dear Rene and I were.

And the music is magnificent. I've never understood that Indigo Girls song completely, but I have always loved it. While I like both k.d. lang and Melissa Etheridge, I had never before heard the song they sang in duet. And lang's rendition of the Leonard Cohen song had, I'm sure, some verses I'd never heard before.

All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you. Thank you.
