Having grown up with dangerously *low* BP, and in a family of gleefully corner-cutting cooks and heavy smokers to boot, I am a terrible salt fiend. Trying to reform, now, but still. I make a point of 'undersalting' nearly everything and adding some if I want it so that my friends and family don't suffer.
