Or a big lightweight skillet with a rounded shape. It may not do the high temperatures, but you can use the same techniques, like putting in some broccoli and cooking it till the texture is right and then pushing it to the side of the pan and maybe setting the pan partly off the burner while you cook the next thing center stage. Thus you can blend flavoring and have everything hot at once and only one pan to wash.
