I left a comment on the post over there, seconding someone who suggested that "silly pleasures" seems like a more accurate description of the things mentioned, i.e. "things I would be slightly embarrassed if people knew".
I dislike the abuse of the word "guilt", so I'm firmly behind any suggestion that "I ate chocolate" be called something other than a 'guilty' pleasure. (Unless, of course, it's truly warranted; if by eating the chocolate you have violated a moral principle you hold -- did the chocolate belong to your friend rather than you? were you supposed to be fasting? -- then you can certainly say you are guilty.)
