Good luck. I have been having similar and I find it cuts down on the number of times I tell people on Facebook to go fuck themselves if I shut down the internet and read offline instead. YMM, as usual, V.

Yeah, that. But mostly that I've been my very worst self online the tImes I got into a thing when I hadn't the time or spoons to do it right.
