And by resolved I mean 'beautiful, perfect, strong, just shy of five pounds, both doing well.'

I still haz a toddler, but now I haz a Great Big Happy too.

(It seems silly that for family we congratulate and for friends we don't. Presumably your best friend would have more to do with the matter than your cousin Richard in Maryland.)
