Solicit or offer ideas, cheer each other on, ask for or offer data or resources, team up and do a group-authored post or a mini-carnival cluster of posts, find a beta, be a beta ...

I would like to say: I am not at all worried about avoiding duplication, and suggest that nobody else be either.

If eight people do posts on How To Cook Eggs, they will all be different, they will all be right and useful, and each of them will be somebody's absolute most useful and favourite post of the whole carnival.

Carry on!

It's possible to stir fry in an iron skillet, if that helps.

I'm not sure if it's quite as good as a wok (or especially a wok and a stove that can get the higher temperature needed for classic wok cooking), but I stir fry in a skillet, and am happy with the results.

Or a big lightweight skillet with a rounded shape. It may not do the high temperatures, but you can use the same techniques, like putting in some broccoli and cooking it till the texture is right and then pushing it to the side of the pan and maybe setting the pan partly off the burner while you cook the next thing center stage. Thus you can blend flavoring and have everything hot at once and only one pan to wash.
