I think my jaw has changed shape or my teeth are shifting or something. Suddenly I can't seem to go more than a few days without biting down hard on the inside of my mouth.

Should this actually be possible at my age?

My mother's doctor told her that as we age our cheeks get more flabby so we bite them more. Annoying.
