As soon as I get graydon's manuscript off —yes, resonant and other Graydon fans, I am why you do not have nice things — I can FINALLY get down to deep-cleaning the kitchen.

The degree of enthusiasm this rouses in me is, frankly, worrying.

ETA; so I got back from heating up soup and Dreadful was lying on my keyboard, having shut my document and added a line of v's to another one. No harm done but can I get an "Oh, Kitten"?

He seems to have very strong feelings about wound-wedges. "No, too scary, don't want to read this book anymore" feelings.

I am reminded of the Creepy Passage in the Doorstop, which I thought was likely rather bland and not sufficiently creepy.

Various persons informed me that, no, no, there was of a certainty a sufficient quantity of creepy involved.

Creepy is such a moveable feast. I'm still sort of mad about the [spoiler] wasps. Seriously, ew, warn a person. :-)
