MCU Rolling Remix

So, coming out of a conversation about remixes and this and that, muccamukk is organizing an MCU ROLLING REMIX.

"What is a rolling remix?", you ask, possibly in Maggie Smith's best Duchess voice.

WELL. I AM GLAD YOU ASKED ME THAT.

I quote Mucca:

One person writes a fic and posts it (without tags) to a locked collection on AO3.

The mod sends that fic to someone else, who remixes it in the tradition of remixes everywhere.

They post their (tagless) remix to the same locked comm.

The mod sends the remix (but NOT the previous story) to someone else, who would remix the remix.

Repeat steps three and four until we've run out of people.

This sounds like an interesting concept, but sadly I'm not in MCU.

I really want a non-me person to do a Star Wars: TFA one, so I can play too. Unfortunately it really IS an exchange you can't mod and be in at the same time.

It is a remarkably brilliant concept, but I think it's been about a decade since I was seriously into a fandom big enough to support one.

(... although I bet someone could get a Harry Potter one rolling; I could probably swing that.

... but I'd clothesline myself on the "no underage, no non-con, no surprise character death" requirement -- which is a perfectly good and understandable requirement, I just know myself.)

You probably could! MCU's not my main fandom right now, but my main fandom has two people in it, so this is what could work.

HP has slightly different norms, especially in regards to underage. I almost banned incest, but then didn't want to seem like I was picking on Thor/Loki and Maximoff cest (I'm sure that pairing has a name). Figure it won't kill me.

I'm not committing to any challenges until I magically develop the ability to write to deadline anyway, but I like the idea so much.
