They're lovely for getting a lot of workout in a small space/ chunk of time, and also very flexible so you can change your routine around based on time, other activity, mood, internal weather, needs, etc. very easily. I have 10 and 15 lb in my kitchen and try to do something with them at least once a day and ideally everytime I am standing around waiting for the kettle or a pot or something.
